Launch of Heritage Month

Heritage Month is a month-long celebration held annually in March to coincide with Ghana’s Independence Day (March 6th). It is a vibrant period dedicated to honoring the country’s rich cultural history, indigenous traditions, and the visionary leaders who paved the way for sovereignty.

The Purpose: “Wear Ghana, Eat Ghana, See Ghana”

The celebration is driven by a collective effort to promote “Made in Ghana” products and local tourism. The goal is to foster national pride and remind Ghanaians—and the world—of the unique identity that exists beyond Western influence.
